Warranty and withdrawal

Faulty or wrong item

If it arrives damaged, with an embroidery or print defect, or isn’t what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a new one or refund you, at no cost to you and without sending anything back.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You can return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hola@gophermerch.com with your order number or use the form below.

We’ll refund the amount paid (including the original shipping) within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you’ve sent it. Return shipping is at your expense and we’ll give you the return address. Only the original standard shipping is refunded. Items must arrive unworn, unwashed and in their original condition; otherwise we may deduct the loss in value. We don’t do size exchanges: if you need another size, place a new order.

Personalised items

Items with your logo or text are made to your specification, so they are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU, implementing art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). They are still covered by the legal guarantee: if they arrive faulty or don’t match the preview you approved, we replace them or refund you.

We review every personalised design before producing it. If it breaks our rules (offensive or illegal content, or infringing third-party rights), we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Legal guarantee

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
