Terms of sale
These terms govern purchases made at gophermerch.com, sold by GopherMerch.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay (see Shipping). Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other available methods). The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; you’ll receive an email with your order summary.
Delivery
Delivery times in Shipping. If we can’t deliver an order within 30 days, we’ll refund you in full.
Personalised items
On personalisable items you provide a logo or text. You declare that you have the right to use it and that it doesn’t infringe third-party rights and isn’t offensive or illegal. We review every design before producing it and may reject it, in which case we cancel the order and refund you in full. As they are made to your specification, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103(c) TRLGDCU), without prejudice to the legal guarantee. We use your file only to make your order and delete it when no longer needed.
Warranty and withdrawal
Governing law
Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
